The use of the LaserLine Wing Plow Guidance Laser helps to avoid costly property and plow damage which results in reduced downtime. It is clearly the safer way to plow.

The System

The LaserLine GL3000PMC wing plow guidance laser uses an “ultra-bright” green laser spot to establish the wing plow trailing edge location before you get there.

The laser spot impacts on the road/snow surface ahead of the truck, and shows the driver where the wing plow trailing edge will be. The laser reference spot is on the road and in the driver’s normal field of view.

GL3000PMC Guidance Laser mounted under headache rack

The LaserLine wing plow guidance laser (GL3000PMC) is electronically designed for cold weather operation. This laser is coupled to a special heat source for the exit window, to reduce or eliminate ice build-up on the front of the laser output lens.

The LaserLine wing plow guidance laser (GL3000PMC) also has a unique pneumatic snow removal system incorporated within the laser housing that automatically fires a blast of air at the front of the laser lens every five seconds. This removes snow build-up from the laser output lens.

The LaserLine wing plow guidance laser (GL3000PMC) leverages a class IIIA ultra bright green laser with 5mW of power. Green is most visible to the eye in all working conditions. The GL3000PMC laser is CFR21-1040 compliant and meets all federal and OSHA standards for operation.

GL3000PMC "ultra bright" green laser

The laser housing is weatherproof, hermetically sealed, and dry nitrogen charged for operation in virtually any weather condition.

The LaserLine wing plow guidance laser system works directly off the 12-volt side of truck, and will operate from 11 to 15 volts DC with positive or negative ground.

Reduces plow and property damage

In marine work, it translates to much greater visibility in adverse weather conditions.

T-2000-0

Designed for shorter range applications requiring the ability to pre-position the alignment laser to a forward point, then lock it in place for maximum holding stability. The T-2000-0 features the same laser power and spot brilliance as its bigger brother (the T-2000), but at a more affordable price. Once in place, it stays there!

LR-1050D/LR-2020D

The LaserLine LR-Series alignment laser was designed for long distance alignment applications where the ability to turn an angle is desired or required. The LR-Series features a large, easy to read LCD Direct Reading Digital Display for horizontal and vertical angles. This adds versatility in hard to set up locations, allowing the operator to turn angles from a known point. A foresight is not necessary. The laser beam is fixed to the vertical cross hair of the spotting scope, thus eliminating the need for a reflector or penta prism as a foresight.

The laser beam is fixed focused to infinity. This provides the smallest possible spot over the longest possible distance.

5 Milliwatts of power provides more range to target area, even in adverse weather or when shooting through a series of forward targets.

Some of the digital features include:

Digital Display of Angle for both vertical and horizontal angles are obtained and displayed in degrees or gons (internal switch). A large, alphanumeric dual-line LCD screen allows both vertical and horizontal angles to be displayed simultaneously. Symbols on the LCD are clear and easy to read for convenient operation even in dim light.

By simply pressing the “R/L” key, the LR-Series performs clockwise or counter clockwise horizontal angle measurement.

Accessories

Spotting Scope 6-24x 2000-0525

Variable power from 6-24x objective diameter is 40mm. Field of view varies at 100 yards from 17 feet to 4 feet depending on power setting. Ring mounts are satin chrome steel finish for rust free operation in wet conditions. Use with the LaserLine T-2000, or T-2000-0 alignment laser.

Fan Lens 2000-0035

Changes laser beam from a spot to a vertical place of laser light. The fan lens expands the laser beam in the vertical direction at 1320 feet per mile, while maintaining the horizontal width expansion at 4 inches per mile. Use with the LaserLine LR2020D, T-2000, or T-2000-0 alignment laser.

Universal Tunnel Mount 2000-10

An ultra solid, yet versatile multi-positioning platform for the LaserLine T-2000, T-2000-0, and LR-Series alignment laser. The mount gives you the ability to both horizontally and vertically position the laser to the pre-determined point that you require. In addition to offering tremendous versatility for your laser positioning, it is very rugged and stable.

Power Converter 1140

UL Listed, converts 110 or 220 VAC to 12 VDC. Internally protected from short circuits and overloads. Resets automatically – no fuses or circuit breakers. Use with the LaserLine LR-2020, T-2000, or T-2000-0 alignment laser.

Optical Plummet tribrach 2000-0630

Features universal 5/8 x 11 base plate thread. The range of the optical plummet is 1.5 feet to 50 feet. (0.5m to 15m). The circular level vial has a sensitivity of 10 minutes (2mm). Use with 2000-0620 adapter for the LaserLine T-2000, or T-2000-0 alignment laser.

Depending upon the LaserLine model, the paint striping operator adjusts the guidance laser spot to the desired reference point on the road surface using a remote control panel located within the cab of the vehicle or manually at the laser. The guidance laser spot is impacted directly on the road surface and shows the operator exactly where the vehicle is, relative to “on line.” The guidance laser spot is on the road ahead of the paint striping operator so that the reference is in the driving field of view instead of a T.V. screen or boom pointer.

This LaserLine laser striping system is quick to set up and easy to use.

Problem: Are you running out of rod range?

Solution: The LaserLine GR series rod with a 4-foot rod extension provides the additional range when you need it.

Features:

Rod extension slides conveniently inside the rear rod when not in use.

Allows you to extend the rod in one-foot increments, up to four additional feet!

10-foot rods become 14-feet, and 15-foot rods become 19-feet.

Remember – for each foot you raise the rod extension, you reduce or run the tape down one foot. This keeps all your readings the same!
