CameraWash, the onboard camera cleaner, cleans vehicle mounted cameras effectively using washer fluid and air pressure to remove dirt, snow, road grime, and mist and more from obstructing your camera view. The non-abrasive, non-contact vehicle camera washing system cleans the camera with the push of a button, providing you with year-round operation.
CameraWash includes a dash-mounted rocker switch, wiring harness, fluid reservoir, pump, air solenoid, tubing, and complete installation instructions to assist you with the process.
The vehicle’s air pressure mixes with washer fluid for optimal vehicle camera cleaning action, allowing you to enjoy easy, carefree camera cleaning with the push of a button.
The CameraWash vehicle camera cleaning system also has an optional timer for automatic cleaning. This can be configured to operate the wash cycle for one to six seconds with up to an additional 30 seconds of air pressure following the wash cycle to remove any washer fluid from the camera lens. The third setting on the CameraWash timer can be delayed between one and thirty minutes for added convenience and ease of operation. Custom CameraWash kits are available to fit all of your needs.
The CameraWash system can be mounted in either a plastic or Stainless Steel NEMA box for extra protection, convenience and ease of installation. The CameraWash system can also be expanded with our “Additional Nozzle Kits” to work on vehicles with multiple cameras.
The universal nozzle block design fits most camera mounting hole spacing, while the spray nozzle has 120 degrees adjustability to provide the optimal spray pattern for your vehicle’s camera. The universal nozzle block can be mounted to either side of the camera. The windshield washer reservoir with the fluid pump and the momentary rocker switch provides the ideal vehicle camera cleaning conditions for your vehicle-mounted camera to keep the camera clear of debris and scratches to help your system last longer.
CAMERAWASH TIMER (TOP-1115-3)
Designed to work with CameraWash for the TRUCK and RV industry.
The CameraWash Timer controls the washer pump and air solenoid in a multistage operation, enabling the operator to set the time for washer/air operation from 1 to 6 seconds.
The second timer can be adjusted to run air an additional 30 seconds after the washer/air operation to aid in removing the remaining washer fluid solution droplets from the lens of the camera or other surface being cleaned – making for the optimum camera cleaning solution.
The third timer is adjustable from 1 to 30 minutes for the delay between the wash/air operation. Enjoy the added ease and convenience of vehicle camera washing.
