Bee Line Portable Runway
Bee Line adds a new dimension to portable alignments by designing aluminum portable runways that raise vehicles 8 inches off shop floors. This extra clearance allows access under the vehicle when making alignment adjustments, and also when performing general vehicle maintenance. Raising the entire vehicle to an operating level ensures safe and accurate measurements.
Bee Line designed this portable runway system with your shop’s valuable time and floor space in mind. Runway sections can be assembled in a matter of minutes – and, when they are not being used, sections can be securely stack on a portable cart that helps speed set-up and take-down time. Stacked portable runways roll away and take up very little space.
When portable runways are used with the Bee Line 7600 Floor Jack and the 2954OP Low Profile Kingpin Turning Aligners, all alignment measurements can be taken including runout, toe, camber, caster, steering stops, turnout on turns, and KPI. Toe can easily be adjusted with the vehicle on the portable runways.
Portable runways are ideal for use with the Bee Line Drive Over Frame Press. After the press raises the vehicle, portable runway sections can be removed and stacked to keep the vehicle elevated while frame adjustments are being performed. Cab corrections can also be made by utilizing the Bee Line Power Tower.
Aluminum portable runways allow even the lowest profile vehicles enough clearance to transverse the Bee Line Drive Over Frame Press for safe and accurate portable alignments.
